Dressing for Mixed Green Salad (Judy Hagge)

  • 1 T. lime juice
  • 1 t. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. crème fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 T. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 3 T. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt & Pepper

This is very good on coleslaw also.
