We are holding a farm tour on August 5 at New Roots Farm and Larga Vista Ranch. It is the height of summer and there is a lot to see. .New Roots is a new farm near Pueblo run by Sarah and Ellen. And many of you know Kim and Doug from Larga Vista.
The tour will start at New Roots at 1:00 PM. Then we will be moving on to Larga Vista at around 3:00 PM. And we will wrap up the trip with a meal and beverage at Brues Alehouse on the River Walk in Pueblo for anyone who wishes to join us.
Please let us know if you plan to attend by replying to this email. We will provide directions to all attendees prior to the tour. If you would like to carpool, please let us know and we will try to arrange sharing the ride.
We look forward to seeing you there!
The Annual Meeting is free and open to all, members and non-members alike. We will be having elections of officers and discussing future plans and events. If you are interested in being an officer, or wish to be involved in the Steering Committee, please be sure to attend or let us know. There will also be plenty of time to visit and socialize with other Slow Food members.
Please bring a dish to share. Some wine and beer will be provided, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, but feel free to bring your favorite beverage.
We hope to see you there.

There will also be beer and wine tastings and a silent auction.
